With the strongest portfolio of trusted, quality, leadership brands, including Pampers®, Tide®, Ariel®, Always®, Whisper®, Pantene®, Mach3®, Bounty®, Dawn®, Gain®, Pringles®, Charmin®, Downy®, Lenor®, Iams®, Crest®, Oral-B®, Duracell®, Olay®, Head & Shoulders®, Wella®, Gillette®, Braun® and Fusion®, our goal is to improve life daily through our products, people, and initiatives.

P&G entered Asia in 1935 with the acquisition of the Philippine Manufacturing Company, and has since expanded its presence to 36 countries across Asia. Today P&G has on-the-ground operations in 14 countries in Asia, with its regional headquarters based in Singapore.

The P&G community consists of about 138,000 employees working in over 80 countries worldwide, of which more than 19,000 are in 14 countries/markets across Asia, i.e. Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.

At P&G, we continually aim to attract, recruit, reward, and advance the finest people in the world. This not only creates many wonderful opportunities to grow and advance, it creates a special camaraderie among fellow P&Gers, many of whom came up through the ranks together.

Here, we want you to get your career off to a fast start. That's why we don't have any rotational development programs or gradual ramping-up periods. From day one, you'll help develop or support exciting brands you know while working on projects that have a direct impact on our global, $82.6 billion business.

What's more, you won't get lost in the shuffle of a big, huge organization (even though we are one). We operate under the belief that everyone's desk is a help desk. This means you'll work with truly brilliant innovators who are not only tops in their field – they're approachable, friendly, and happy to take the time to mentor, teach, and pass on their experience.

We are establishing our regional office at OUE Bayfront, Singapore, by the 2nd quarter of 2012.

At Masan Group, professionals are encouraged to think like scientists – to be deeply analytical, to process data for informed decision-making, and to develop core beliefs about our surroundings and how to change them; to dream like artists – to be passionate about creating, to have a vision and push the boundaries of perceived limits; and to execute like generals – to demonstrate leadership and to be relentless about getting things done.

Our strategy is driven by our view of Vietnam’s opportunities as Southeast Asia’s fastest growing economy. We believe Vietnam’s true value lies in its domestic consumption potential and untapped natural resources. To unlock the country’s potential will require a unique approach to business building in emerging and frontier markets.

This approach entails competing in scalable sectors where a local private sector player can be a champion vis-à-vis state-owned enterprises and multinationals, having professional management and reputable partners, cultivating local access and execution capabilities, and focusing on risk management and capital allocation. Our company has aspired to apply this approach, which we have called the Masan Way.
